Scale (projects / output): Instead of one “units delivered” headline, Meraas publicly presents its portfolio as multiple project clusters under each destination (e.g., City Walk, Bluewaters, Jumeirah Bay, etc.) with several projects per cluster.
Today: Meraas sits at the intersection of real estate + leisure + hospitality—positioning developments as destinations, not just buildings.
